All custom patch orders are made to your specifications. Production begins after your artwork and order details are approved.
Production times may vary depending on the order size and design complexity. We will provide an estimated production schedule when your order is confirmed.
Shipping
We ship orders worldwide using trusted courier services.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Shipping times depend on your destination and the selected shipping service. Delivery delays caused by customs, weather, or courier services are beyond our control.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Ranger Patches is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect shipping information.
Returns Policy
Because every patch is custom made, all custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Custom-designed products
- Approved artwork or design changes
- Incorrect information provided by the customer
- Change of mind after production begins
Defective or Missing Items
Your satisfaction is important to us.
If you receive a defective product or if any items are missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the defective product (if applicable)
- A description of the issue
After reviewing your claim, we will replace the defective or missing items at no additional cost if the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility.
Damaged During Shipping
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs before opening it and contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
